At our Christmas Tea in December 2021, PCHS members unanimously approved  the revised bylaws earlier drafted by the Bylaws Revision Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. With the vote of the attending members, the revised bylaws now stand as the constitution of the group. Among other things, the revised bylaws allow for what was de facto practice -- virtual meetings via the internet rather than necessarily in person meetings. While the pandemic forced this change, many board members found the convenience of electronic meetings attractive. In the future, we will have choices regarding how to meet. The new bylaws are posted below.
